I had a similar experience to a reviewer above in regards to my ring taking FOREVER (close to 4 months) as well as slow responses (or no response at all) and a snarky owner. For an example of his snarky attitude you only have to look at his response to a previous reviewer because it starts with him saying ‘First of all’. How ridiculous to respond to a customer complaint in that manner. Two of the 4 ‘positive’ reviews left here are also from himself. In addition to the above, my experience also included visible bubbles in my Tiffany & Co. platinum engagement ring. HORRIBLE
